Processing Time
Please allow 7–10 days for all orders to be processed before shipment.
Shipping Schedule
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. We do not operate on Saturday or Sundays. If you place an order on either of those days, your order will be processed on our next working day.
Order Accuracy
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Be sure your product selection, shipping address, and contact information are correct at checkout.
Order Changes
All orders are final once placed and cannot be edited. This includes changes to:

Cancellations
Because our system begins preparing orders shortly after submission, no edits, substitutions, or cancellations can be made once an order has been confirmed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been marked delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the delivery carrier directly to file a claim.
